TYLER WAYNE ROACH, PSP
Founder & Managing Partner
Tyler has over 20 years experience in the security industry and as one of our co-founders brings an unbridled amount of enthusiasm & experience to our organization. Tyler spent eight years with Tyco Integrated Security, as both an Area Manager and as a Global Account Manager specializing in the petrochem & energy sector for Tyco's Advanced Integration team. Tyler also spent seven years running various teams for ADT in the San Francisco Bay Area. Tyler developed his leadership philosophy and proven track record of results through his education at Purdue University. He continues his industry specific education holding certifications in both networking (CCENT), fire & life safety (NICET), and recently passed his PSP examination becoming board certified in physical security by the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). He is currently working to become a Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA). Tyler is a member of the Puget Sound chapters of Infragard, ASIS, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Seattle Shield.
MANUEL SALDANA JR
Director of Customer Support & Education
Manny started his security career working with Matrix Video Systems in tech support and worked his way up to become their regional sales manager handling everything from Northern California up through Western Canada. He then moved to ADT Commercial where he became a commercial sales manager covering the Puget Sound area. He and his family relocated to Las Vegas after he accepted a similar position with Tyco Integrated Security. Prior to leading a successful career in the Physical Security Industry, Manny served in the United States Navy for 6 years. In his military career, he achieved the Navy Achievement Medal and a rank of E5 prior to leaving. He lived in Sasebo Japan for two years in his first tour of the Navy. After the military, he attended Lake Washington Technical College and received an associate’s degree in computer networking. He is certified in products such as Cisco Meraki, Brivo, Eagle Eye, Avigilon, ButterflyMX, Schlage’s Engage software, and many more cloud-based applications. He brings discipline, knowledge, and work ethic to a thriving industry for the company.
Manny is happily married with 1 daughter and lives in Snohomish County. He is a board member of his daughter’s little league association and has enjoyed coaching her softball team for the past 5 years.
JOE WOODRUFF
Director of Sales & Engineering
Joe Woodruff is our director of sales & engineering at Region 6 systems. He has over 25 years of experience in physical security and prides himself in having a complete understanding of the security needs in the Pacific Northwest. He has been a District Sales manager for all the large big box security integrators, including Johnson Controls for 7 years, Protection One for 6 Years and ADT Commercial for 9 years. Joe entered the industry with ADT Commercial as a field technician. Prior to entering the physical security space, Joe was an Area General Manager who oversaw and guided the growth of a $14 million organization.
Joe brings a unique insight to the IT/Security integration industry because of his combined engineering & sales background. Joe leads all of our Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) projects and holds both his SureCall and PCTEL Certifications. He is constantly looking to update his knowledge base and is in the process of completing his fire & life safety certification with NICET. He is a member of ASIS, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and BOMA.
When Joe isn’t working, he spends time with his two daughters hiking the mountains of the Pacific Northwest and is constantly looking for new adventures to share as a family.
