Brianna Gillespie serves as the People & Business Operations Manager at Region 6 Systems Integration, where she partners across the organization to strengthen people, processes, and business operations. Bringing more than a decade of experience in human resources, payroll, operations, and organizational development, Brianna plays a key role in supporting Region 6's continued growth through strategic HR leadership, operational initiatives, marketing, and internal communications.

Before joining Region 6, Brianna held key leadership roles, including HR Manager at Harts and Senior HR/Payroll Coordinator at Investco. She is recognized for her expertise in human resources, compliance, employee relations, payroll, process improvement, and organizational operations. Known for her dependable and resourceful approach, Brianna thrives on solving complex challenges, building scalable systems, and supporting the business wherever needed.
